WAKO Point Fighting Handguards – Maximum speed and federation approval

In tatami disciplines, especially in point fighting, the pace of the match is extremely fast, and scoring strikes are decided in fractions of a second. Unlike traditional boxing gloves, WAKO point fighting handguards designed specifically for this discipline feature an open palm design and special finger fixation, which facilitates grabbing, parrying, and the execution of dynamic handwork.

Why choose WAKO point fighting gloves?

Official WAKO conformity: They fully comply with the international federation's competition rules, so you can be sure you can use them legally on both domestic and international stages.
Anatomical shock-absorbing foam: The high-density foam layer effectively absorbs impact energy, protecting both the bones of your own hands and your opponent.
Secure finger and wrist fixation: The strong elastic finger loops and wide Velcro strap keep the equipment stably in place, preventing twisting.
Lightweight and breathable design: They do not weigh down the hand, allowing you to maintain maximum striking speed even at the end of the rounds.

How to choose the right piece?

In the case of point fighting gloves, choosing the perfect size is the most important factor: the guard must fit snugly, but it must not cut off circulation, and the padding must completely cover the metacarpal bones. Make sure that the chosen color (usually red or blue) perfectly matches the regulations of your current competition corner.
